Apr 4th - Annual Potomac Watershed Cleanup- at 8am Can accommodate up to 30 volunteers. Limited parking for 25 cars. No restrooms available. Site not suitable for disabled volunteers. Wet and muddy conditions. Please dress accordingly. Will clean upstream and downstream along towpath and river. Directions to C&O Canal NHP - Point of Rocks: Rt 15 south to Point of Rocks exit (MD Rt.28). Last exit before Potomac River. Take Clay Street (Rt.28) east through town. Immediately after railroad tracks, turn right on Rock Hall Road. Follow to end of road, and enter driveway to Camp Kanawha. |
